I am writing to bring to your attention some performance issues I have been experiencing with my Samsung device S24 Ultra following the most recent software update.
Since installing the update, I have noticed two significant problems:
Excessive Heating: The device becomes unusually hot during regular use, especially when connected to the internet—whether through hotspot or Wi-Fi.
Battery Drain: The battery life has decreased noticeably, draining much faster than it did prior to the update, even under normal usage conditions.
These issues were not present before the update, and they have impacted the overall usability of the device.
I would appreciate it if your technical team could look into these concerns and advise on any possible solutions or upcoming patches that might address them.
