Hello samsung
Hello I have been using Samsung galaxy S24 ultra last year then I switch to Samsung galaxy S25 Ultra which was my bigger mistake and another mistake which I made was that I let One plus12 Pro after switching to S24 ultra . Samsung Is worst in everything . They are not able to provide security patch to user's what else we could except from them . I am now suggesting everyone one not to switch to Samsung bcz they are not good enough to full fill your phones dream. Sorry to say this but this is truth even I will also sell my S25 ultra as I am not satisfied with it they do huge advertising to capture coustomers they show themselves as big no one but my best experience is only One Plus . They show many features in advertising but now able to provide lack of software update issues.

Please note that regular OS upgrades may occasionally lead to delays in our planned updates, as we prioritize thorough testing, bug resolution, and rigorous quality checks.

However, if you are facing the issue on your device S25 model, kindly elaborate on your concern in detail. Also, share video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve the issue.

Path share log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

The Samsung software update team needs to significantly improve its responsiveness. Nokia's past performance serves as a cautionary tale; Samsung should learn from this.
