This message in the attached screenshot appears everytime when I turn on my phone. Can any one suggest me a solution? Thanks in advance.

Try to turn off advanced chat features in the Message app setting. Then check

U can see this in messaging app

Go to device setting than connections than more connections settings Than turn off advance calling and massaging.

Turn off the "Advamced Calling & Messaging" under Chat settings of the Message app. This should work.
