Still waiting for the Android 11+One UI 3 update..

Just realised some time back that my phone's last security patch was literally back in December.. leaving my phone unprotected.

Seriously considering switching to Apple at this point. May not have the best features but at least gets updated along with everyone else.

People using s10 have been getting android 11+one ui 3 since December and I'm still waiting for it. 

Great job taking care of ur customers samsung..

At this rate you'll lose half of them in a couple years.

When you buy a new device from Samsung, you notice that the updates are fast, but after a year and before the release of the new version everything becomes bad, even with my S21 Ultra, it will be treated this way like other devices.
