March 14th, and no update, and the thought of getting an iPhone is starting to cross my mind

Not only that, went to great lengths, even managed to downgraded from Android 12 to 11 which didn't help, heard the new update for it is out so I'll fire it up and see if it helped
I wasn't the only one with the issue

Very weird that. Hope you find a solution or take it back to the shop you bought it from and either demand it to be fixed,explaining your problem or if you can,to get a new phone if at all possible... Wish you the very best of luck...

Regarding the general update situation. I also don't get software updates for months at a time and even got a December update at the end of January, soooo 🙄🤷🏾‍♂

According to the official list the Note 20 Ultra was meant to get one ui 4.0 in February but that was for the states,so the rest of the world was obviously after. I had to wait 1 month and a half to get mine,so you'll get yours very soon for sure.

What I don't understand is why the USA gets it first. The firmware that an s10 in the USA will get is the same one that mine here in Zambia will get. There's hardly any difference. Apple manages to roll out its firmware worldwide at almost the same each device that's eligible so does Google with their pixel line up

Yeah i've heard that about Apple but what do you expect from a Japanese brand,that more or less don't care about its customers but more interested in making more money and do their best to beat Apple,unsuccesfully... 🤷🏾‍♂
