I am still waiting for the update to One UI 4.0 for my Note 20 Ultra Mauritius. Older phones like the Note 10+ already got it. The Galaxy S20 FE also. So what is the problem? Anyone from Samsung can help out?
We are fighting for answers, Samsung South Africa 🇿🇦 does not want to take responsibility or provide reasons for the delay, everyday its the same generic response we get, we have been posting but Senior Management is not interested 😉 if we had a channel to vent through to Taiwan, we would have escalated long ago.
