Update taking long time

I tried to update it around 2:00 Am and when i wake up it asked me to redownload the update again and as you see in the photo it's downloading since more than 1hr, i done don't have any issue with the Internet and its 5g network it must be too fast does anyone face this issue ?

Also now every 1 min asking me the same as the photo showing

Cancel the update, restart the device and try again

How to cancel the update? It's either pause or continue even if you restart the phone, the same download percentage will be there.. even the download is painful !

When i changed to the wifi it took like 10 min
