Dear sir My samsung s20 ultra 5g still there is no updates received just I am using in android 11 android 12 or 13 how can upgrade this is UAE version using in India security patch also not received 

 Any samsung officials please help me

Have you changed region to India, if yes then change it back to UAE and check if you getting update
