Guys I would recommend you to avoid updating the latest software. It comes with a lot of bugs. The folder from my homescreen kept on disappearing. Also, I updated the Samsung Gallery app as well from the Samsung Store and now some of my photos have disappeared. This is really disappointed. I hope someone can guide me a way to recover my vanished photos.
It's fine with me on S21Ultra. I had also updated my device to Android 12 /One UI 4.0 (Few bugs were reported but solved with next immediate update from Samsung).
Even, the recently updated gallery app is also working fine.
I advised you to wipe cache partition by booting device into recovery mode after every update.
For the vanished photos, you may try clearing app's cache, or checking in the gallery trash or Google photos where you may be having back up.
