By doing a lot of research for how to update my s22 plus safely on ui 7, I had finally done that now my s22+ is running smoothly without any green line or flickering, one thing that i understand in the entire process is the heat management if u r able to make a cool environment while updating and after updating using it on 60hz, not using aod for 2 days that will work fine and good.

Green lines are caused by heating that's true but Green line problem is also happening mostly in India/sea because of hot climate.

No green lines didn't come in most of cases, if we update phone in cold weather or refregerator inside air tight box just for 7 to 8 minutes while updating.. We have tested this on 6 samsung new and old phones. None of the phone got green lines. This is not a proper solution but as temp. solution, we are secure against green lines. But the people are not listening. i was posting this same thing again and again to users but they are just abusing in comments and not listening. So i deleted my posts. Let them get green lines. Here are other things to remember till we have no any proper solution against green lines issue.
1. Remove case while updating
2. Remove charging pin while updating
3. Set phone at 60hz and FHd+ display mode
4. Keep it in cold place while updating.
5. Do not use phone for 8 to 10 minutes after update complete.

Absolutely right, i had also done the same steps, the one who deeply understands the mechanism of samsung hardware will do that.
