Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As you are facing multiple issues with your device, we kindly ask you to share the log file with us. Additionally, if you have any video clips or images that illustrate the problem, it would greatly enhance our understanding.

Path: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support

**If you're facing random restarts or motherboard issues with your Galaxy S22 series, you're not alone. My S22 Plus started acting up in just 2.5 years, and Samsung service quoted almost the price of a new phone for motherboard replacement — without even trying board-level repair.

Let’s raise our voice together and ask for accountability. Share your experience.
