Check your IMEI of both SIMs by dialing *#06#.

Method 1:
Send your IMEI to 8484 and wait for a reply. Check that the details in the reply are correct, such as whether it is actually an S22 Ultra. Then, check the second IMEI.

Method 2:
Go to this website: https://dirbs.pta.gov.pk/ and insert your IMEI to check the details. If it shows S22 Ultra, then it's fine. If it shows a different model or device, or if it doesn't give any details, then it's patched.
