Wow, Samsung's silence on the repair issue is frustrating. I visited the service center, and they mentioned that the technical team isn't responding, which is causing delays. It's been four days since I handed over my device, and this lack of communication is disappointing. I hope Samsung Gulf improves their customer service in such situations.
