Unwanted notices

Hi, I have an S7edge, I know! It's old but not as old as me. Out of interest, I did a web search for Amazon jobs in my area. 

Not requesting them, I now get constant notices popping up on my phone, from Samsung. about jobs. Not via email, they just appear as messages. How can I stop them.
