Dear Samsung,
I am using Samsung since Samsung S3 . I wonder why I have not yet received one UI 7 beta invitation in my members app. I have been refreshing for days and got desperate.
I hate it when I see videos on YouTube for people trying out new features while I can't.
Please , consider every Samsung's user as a valuable user . And don't filter by regions or countries when you offer new updates .
I had the same issue with Samsung watch for thr blood pressure update , I received it 2 years after others.
This is not fair to you valuable customers.

You're right, opting out of the beta program might be a good choice if you're concerned about potential bugs and instability. Samsung is now releasing stable versions within a few weeks of the beta, so waiting for the official release might be a smoother experience. However, you'll have to wait until feb early weeks.

My concern is why Samsung let some users receive beta invitation while others don't. Based on their region.
Samsung needs to develop their updates department. We are in 2025 and Samsung is still distributing updates like 2010 every region must wait which is unfair to their customers.
I am Samsung user since S3, how more loyal I can be to fulfil their loyalty requirements?

Samsung's beta program distribution can be a bit of a mixed bag. While they've improved over the years, it's still not perfect. Here's why:
* Testing and Feedback: Beta programs are about finding and fixing bugs early on. Samsung likely prioritizes regions with a larger user base or those known for providing more detailed feedback.
* Certification: Different regions have different regulatory standards, which can delay updates as Samsung ensures compliance.
*Some regions are failed to give feedback that's that's why SAMSUNG not released beta versions and my opinion stable version is good for some regions because sometime device will suddenly restart oftentimes User's are worried 😟, facing serious bugs 🐛 User's doesn't have patience.
I think you satisfied. If please appreciate us to accept the solution.

I can see these standards apply on Samsung only. Whereas, Google, Apple and other smartphone companies deliver updates to all their users around the globe on the same date and at the same hour sometimes.

Just to add , Apple Pay is almost everywhere and deals with so many banks. But, Samsung Pay in my country accepts only one bank among 25 banks.

All due region regulations, which does not apply to other companies. Costumers loss.
