Unknown system app draining battery

Hi, I'm using S23 Ultra and i have seen this app by the name "contacts storage" which is draining significant battery. Please if you know anything about it or know how to contain it, do let me know as I'm not messing up with it on my own as I fear it could affect my contacts/calls etc.

Unable to find the app. If i search, only normal "contacts" up pops up and it has almost 0 battery consumption.

4. There isn't any such app "Contact storage". There is only "contacts" app, and i have already cleared the cache.

6. So you are advising me to factory reset my phone? Sorry but this is not okay. I have seen dozens of other people are also facing the same issue. Please resolve this contact storage battery drain issue via an update. To be honest, this poor battery life and buggy power drain is ruining the reputation of Samsung's flagship. Please take the necessary steps in software updates to remove these bugs
