Galaxy SDear Samsung member,
Greetings from Samsung customer support.
Thank you for sharing your concern. And please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.
If the text message still won't send, or if your phone already had the correct message center number stored, please follow the next steps to clear the data in the Messaging app.
Clear the Messaging app's data
1 Switch to the Apps screen.
2 Tap Settings (you may need to swipe left or right to locate it first).
3 Tap Apps.
4 Select All apps.
5 Scroll down to locate Messages and tap on it.
6 Tap Storage.
7 Tap Clear Data.
8 Restart your device.
9 Try sending a text message. If it doesn't work, perform a factory reset on your device.
Thank you for writing to Samsung.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
