Unable to play the music on my Samsung Galaxy S21 plus

I have recently purchased the Galaxy S21 Plus and had transferred all my songs from my older device to this one.. Although all my songs are in Mp3 format, while I am trying to play them it gives me an error "Track cannot be played". I Tried different troubleshooting methods however does not work at all.. Can someone please assist me and let me know if anyone else is facing similar issue?

I tried that already didn't work and I think it has got corrupted because issue is not just only with audio files I am facing issue also with the images some of them are not opening either
