Samsung has completely forgotten us in the southern region. Some of the devices released a year ago hasn't received a monthly security patches for the past two months, not mentioning a major update. This is very disapointing and poor customer services. Fortuantely I'm going to change my device next year, and unfortunately my new phone won't be samsung.

Samsung lied to us that we will receive a monthly update on our devices, yet it's been two months, no update, even monthly security patches. This is pathetic.
