If your UAE NOL digital card is displaying an incorrect balance, the appropriate course of action is to refresh the data connection or directly contact the Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) through their official channels. This is typically a synchronization issue between the app and the RTA servers.
Immediate Actions to Try:

Restart the App: Close the NOL Pay or RTA Dubai app completely and reopen it.

Use NFC to Update Balance (NOL Pay App): If you are using the NOL Pay app, place your phone near a physical ticket vending machine, metro gate, or parking meter and tap your digital card on the device to force an update of the e-purse balance.

Check Online for Verification: Verify the balance independently on the official RTA website using your card's Tag ID (the 10-digit number):

Visit the RTA website's NOL balance check section.

Enter your NOL card's Tag ID.

The website will display the authoritative, correct balance.

Galaxy SThank you for contacting us and sharing your feedback regarding the RTA Nol Card feature in Samsung Wallet. We understand how inconvenient it is when this option does not function as expected.
Please try the following steps:
- Update your device software via Settings > Software update > Download and install.
- Ensure your device is running Android 16 or higher.
- Update Samsung Wallet to version 6.2.68 or higher via the Galaxy Store.
- Open Samsung Wallet > All > Transit Cards, select Nol Card, and follow the prompts to issue or digitize your card.
- Configure Samsung Wallet as the default by going to Samsung Wallet > Settings > Default Wallet App > Samsung Wallet.
Important: Once a physical Nol Card is digitized, it can no longer be used physically.
If the issue continues after these steps, we recommend visiting the nearest Samsung Service Center for a full diagnostic check. You can find the list of service centers at: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/service-center/
