Been getting this glitch lately.  Cleaned usb port. Software up to date. Can't lock my screen. Phone not fast charging with the original charger. Draining my battery fast. Please help.

and just whatsapp to samsung they providing technical support team to receive your device from your home only in this covid situation..if you will allow them

software up to date but how you install it that matters....samsung provides non A/B partition type Ota software not like other companies hence one and only proper and recommended method is to flash that firmware by Odin or through samsung service center as samsung officially use odin or by smart switch and pc ... simply mobile data or wifi creates software loop hole which produces those issues only along with other various types of issues by which this forum is full with

go service center and flash that firmware from them then see what champion like device you will get ....simply update by mobile data or little fluctuate wifi never been recommended bro especially in samsung...maximum users lost their device display by this way only
