After updating to one ui 3.0 / 3.1 i've got issues with applications that doesn't reads the usb storage except for file explorer. Apps like mx player, vlc, and other music players not detecting any files. USB otg also not detected on those apps. Reinstalling and clearing cache/dalvik didn't work. Usb OTG issue seems like caused by the absence of android.hardware.usb.hosts.xml is missing in the root directory.
My phone is Samsung galaxy s10 and usb otg was working fine on earlier os versions.
Now from notification i can't even switch usb options.
