HEY HAS ANY BODY BEEN ABLE TO REDEEM THE  PRE BOOKING OFFER FOR S21 PLUS.

IN MY SAMSUNG SHOP APP - IN THE FOR YOU PAGE IF IAM ELIGIBLE SECTION ITSELF IS MISSING.

HAS ANY BODY ENCOUNTERED THE SAME PROBLEM.

Yes buddy, it's an existing known issue, we were supposed to get this redemption offer in the app but no one has got it yet. Samsung store support has no response to my query and the smart tag is out of stock since last 4 days so even if offer goes live we won't be able to add smart tag anyway to the cart. This **bleep** big time. FYI its been more than 4 days using my device. 😔 You are not alone ☹️
