UI one?!

When can we expect the new UI one? 
It's been relaxed as beta for Europe and US, will it be released soon for gulf region?

Never, UAE is not in the beta program, wait till February for the public release in the UAE if they are kind or else never as Samsung UAE don't give a **** about it. All other regions have November patch, UAE still on September patch, if they couldn't release monthly security patches, don't expect them to push something big, they are not capable of it.

Even Saudi Arabia had the October patch with camera optimization last month, Samsung UAE cheated us all.

jg u r right...i had already contacted samsung gulf(useless fellow) many times...they dont care anything...
this shows dat samsung does not care abt gulf region...only need to sell their new mobile wen launched in market...once u buy..forget the rest...
they think customer in uae region dont care or dont have any knowledge or care anything...
wat could be the same case if they dont update in usa for past two month....

it's annoying behaviour towards consumers in UAE, HOW DO THEY EXPECT US TO KEEP PURCHASING NEW PRODUCTS FROM SAMSUNG AND THEY CAN'T QT LEAST KEEP DEVICES UP TO DATE.
Sony xz3 has been announced to receive PIE.
I believe if they keep going like this we should change over to a trusted manufacture.
