 let's cease the negative commentary regarding Samsung. I own an S24 Ultra; while the delayed update is a valid concern, the inappropriate content within the Members app is unacceptable. Regardless of the UI 7 rollout, this application is not the appropriate forum for such abusive behavior.

Samsung is a prominent brand, achieving success through innovation, technological advancements, and strategic business practices. This does not excuse the UI 7 delay, however, we must consider the human element. Employees have performance targets and deadlines that impact their job security and livelihood.

Such delays are rarely attributable to a single cause. Multiple factors often contribute, yet only one issue is typically highlighted.

Therefore, I urge patience. My experience with HTC, OnePlus, Xiaomi, and other brands demonstrates that software issues are common across the industry.

Let us remain optimistic about the UI 7 experience and anticipate Samsung's return to its typical performance cycle.

Bro we paid money for proper and timely service and updates but scamsung fukking our time for this unusual delay

Ti.ely update is not thing to be purchased this is just a thought they want u to belive and you guys take it in a sense of in the box gst added service

You all guys are right about their delay but just wanna say that the members app was useful garhring intel about batest bugs tweaks and struff and we made this useless as in abusing or criticizing them gonna boostup the process, at this point they are speeding at their call them slow but dont expect more speed and let member app fulfill its **bleep** purposes

But this time samsung messed with its customers, this much delay is totally not acceptable. After spending 1lakh+ on an device how can we accept this much delay dude. Samsung has a team who work hard but is it our fault they failed.

Everyone would have liked a transparency in terms of update releases
A simple post from their end would have ceased this rage
Agree to most points
No one is gonna worry about one ui7 after 3 days of update and will completely forget and come back for ui8 😂 just the lack of clarity from Samsung itself is the reason for negativity

Cant argue with a valid point update do get too much delayed but technically you didn't pay for update you paid for device we can surly say that they failed to deliver but abusing about everything in name of india is also not acceptable.

They sold devices with the guarantee of 7 years of OS update which technically means you paid for it so can't say that we didn't pay for it

Nope mate. They sold it as a guaranteed software upgrades its same like hardware. Priced at a premium. Whatever you display you are liable as per law
