Why type c to aux jac not work on s21 ultra ? 

I try 5 deffrents jac but all not working

Hi,

I also purchased one type c to 3.5mm Adapter but as soon as I insert it into type c port, a error messages flashes saying usb is not recognised.

I searched on other country's members app, where I got the information that only genuine adapter supplied by Samsung is compatible which is obvious comes at premium price.

It will only recognize the original Samsung type-C to aux convertor only official from Samsung.
