The subject convertor remains unavailable and no alternatives on the internet. Have already tried 2 but failed. Any suggestions how to quickly get the same?

so if you will not satisfied then you can replace it

tried this also. while the playback was decent, the record quality was very poor as lot of disturbance was getting recorded along.
