Two things missing in samsung

There are two features which is absolutely necessary and it is not there in samsung 1. disable notification panel in lock screen 2. Application lock

1. You cannot lock notification panel completely in lock screen but can restrict to off networks connections.

2. You can download S Secure app as a alternate solution.
