Hey guys! I'm Kiran from Kerala,India. I've updated my S9 Plus to Android 10 last night. There's an annoying click sound when I open the camera app after the update. There was no issue in Android 9. Is it just me or anyone else facing similar issue? Also,I feel there's a battery drain issue as well.

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

For battery drainage issue follow the given link- http://www.samsung.com/in/support/skp/faq/1101689

1- Settings > apps > tap on 3 dots (Upper right corner) > reset app preferences.

2- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.

3- Settings > apps > tap on 3 dots > show system apps > camera > storage > clear cache.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
