My phone seems to be set as from the United Arab Emirates, so so are all the default Samsung Apps and random places in my settings--which means a bunch of random Arabic I can't even begin to read.
How do I fix this?! I can't make app or theme purchases or anything either, because it wants me to be paying in AED.
I'm facing the same problem. It seems like Samsung has no common sense. If user selects English as default language then the services and info must be provided in English. This is rubbish.
