Trouble getting phone updates

Oh no. Didn't see that part. Try connecting your phone to a computer and try searching for updates on smart switch on the computer.

I could not update through the pc because it appears that my phone is updated to the latest version 💔

That's weird, I suggest you take it to the nearest Samsung store to check on the issue.
