Galaxy S
Thought of sharing a trick/tip on how to see under display fingerprint scanner on your galaxy devices and a bit of information.
Trick -
You'll have to be in bright sunlight, increase your phone's brightness to maximum and open an app that has a pure white interface for example Samsung store or maybe a pure white wallpaper. Observe the highlighted area and you would see a rectangle that's kind of dark. It is not visible in the picture, you'll have to observe the same highlighted area on your own device to see.
Information -
Samsung shows a circular animation for fingerprint but the sensor is actually rectangular.
OnePlus also shows a circular animation but their sensor is also circular.
Please try and comment your observations.

I think Samsung shows the animation as a circle because our fingers curved

Yea. It could be.. But other brands match it according to the sensor's shape.
