Transparent Navigation Bar

Is it possible to have transparent or adaptive navigation bar.

It is transparent when it comes to home screen but ususally black in case of other applications.

Though Lockstar offers adaptive navigation bar but it does not adapt to the applications at all.

Dont want to hide it......as it will increase one step of usage.
Want to make it's background adaptive or transparent

This feature is available on Xiaomi phones by default. I got an s22 and this is a total disappointment
