Trade my galaxy s7 edge

I'm from Pakistan, and i just wanna know that can i trade my galaxy s7 edge with s9 or s9+. if yes then what are the terms and conditions, and this trading facility of Samsung is for whole the time or it has limitations of time. how can i know that when the trade facility is open and for how much time ?

It's only available in some specific markets but now they don't provide it worldwide only in US UK..
