usually you need to chase them for them to come, but they pay in cash, come to your house and takes 15 minutes to check the devices and grade it, excellent for mint like state, then every scratch starts deducting, so the amount is decided after a thorough check, if you accept the amount they pay, if not, the deal can be voided.
