To stop automatic download

A file is getting automatically downloaded. I am deleting the file again and again from downloads but it automatically downloads again.how to stop it

Clear the browser data and cache it'll solve the problem.

Did that already still it keeps on downloading,same file

Then factory reset is last option I think.
It'll remove the file completely.

No.a particular file.its a gif file.few days back i was trying to download it over google..but then neither the download is completing but the file again and again get into download folder.taking 2 gb of space. Model is s21 plus
