As a long-time Samsung user, it’s frustrating to see the same cycle repeat: incomplete updates, inconsistent rollouts, and buggy experiences after months of waiting. One UI 7 was supposed to be an improvement, not a beta test in disguise.
How is it that other OEMs like Google and OnePlus can roll out clean, timely updates, while Samsung, with all its resources, still struggles to deliver a stable experience? Are we the testers now?
It's time Samsung seriously evaluates its developers and QA teams. Delays are one thing, but pushing half-baked updates to millions of users is a whole different level of negligence. We trusted the brand. What we’re getting feels more like a gamble.
