If Samsung didn't respect Gulf Region Users this phone will be my Last Galaxy S Phone, i own S22 Ultra since the day of release i got it through my provider STC in Kuwait, faced a lot of issues including not getting Signal at At but its all got fixed after a month, one thing i paid lots of money in my House to enjoy Wifi6E, since November I've sent an Email to Samsung asking them that the Wi-Fi 6E 6 Ghz Band were officially licensed in Kuwait Citra which is the Government Agency Responsible for All Communications officially stated in August 2022 that Wifi6E is enabled in Kuwait, so what is keeping Samsung off updating S22 Ultra i don't know? And i swear that S23 Users won't enjoy it either, one more thing about Galaxy Watches why we see Apple as a pioneer in the region by communicating with all providers and enabling the LTE service for the watch and see Samsung step Back and remove LTE watches from our Region, I Just want to know when you guys are going to STEP Up and respect the Gulf Region!!

Samsung has no saying in this. As a manufacturer, wavebands and services are provided with the consent and supervision of the country's telecom regulators. If the regulator in your country didnt approve to enable a particular waveband for xyz products, Samsung (or any other company) has to comply.
Please get in touch with your telecom regulatory body to for clarifications.

It applies to any waveband (wifi or LTE) the device supports, and the country's regulatory body allowing it or not.

I've understood your reply earlier today, Citra which is the Regulator in Kuwait its the Communication and info Technology Regulatory Authority of Kuwait, enabled the Wifi 6E on August 2022, the Samsung S22 Were released on February 2022, same goes to the whole countries of the World, why Did USA, UK, Germany, Canada, so many countries of the world got the 6Ghz Band Enabled by an Update and Kuwait doesn't? Why do you want me to get in touch with the Government Agency and they Publicly Published an official Document which Permit the Use of the 6 Ghz Band, if what you are saying isn't true then why do they allow the Import of Asus Wifi6E capable routers? It wasn't allowed earlier but its not anymore same goes with sooo many countries around the World why its got enabled by Update on their countries But were are NOT in the Gulf Region?? 🤔
