This Samsung S21 ultra promotional service sucks

Where is the Buds pro that supposed to come with this promotion. See screen shot below and also states 1 piece instead of 2 pieces and Samsung only sends the Smart Tag. Really this is now limits to unfair Service

so why deliver part of the gift and make false promises that it will be delivered within 14 working days. Samsung is really gone terrible with Deliveries on promises

I took this phone for the accessories. If I knew that I had to jump through hoops to get it I wouldn't have bought another brand.

Same here I should have rather bought the IPhone 12max Pro. Apple has never let their customers down as much as Samsung
