My friend's S22 Ultra suddenly got locked. He has been using the phone for the past 2 years. He bought the phone from a second-hand market 2 years ago, and suddenly yesterday, he faced a phone lock issue. Kindly help us resolve this issue. We need to unlock the phone without losing the data.

Did u receive phone factory resteded? Because there is a good chance the guy whom u bought it from did that

Yes, my friend purchased it from a store, and they handed over the box and related items along with the phone. At that time, the shop owner mentioned it was a 1-month-used phone and reset it in front of him.

I m facing same problem with s23. N service center told me we cant help you. They told me that you mail samsung n I mail samsung. N in mail me that you visit service center. I m really dissapointed
