What's the point of Pre-order when you can't deliver to customers on time? The device is available even at small local stores now but still haven't received my pre ordered device. Shouldn't the pre ordered customers receive first??
Seriously the worse Pre-order experience I have had with any company.
Apologizing everytime and giving hopes is unacceptable.

My phone' scheduled for delivery on the 27th of April because I ordered the Red S22 Ultra...What was Samsung thinking when they gave this offering of special colours?....I'm seriously considering moving to iOS after years of sticking with Samsung.....Hope you're enjoying you phone cause this wait has left a bad taste in my mouth...
