The biggest issue with the samsung shop app is most of the phones not available.

Samsung focucing only on the lates high end flagship released phones on samsung shop application.

FE and A series always out of stock.

If you are targeting only flagship phones please remove FE , A and other series from app and webside entirely.

Totally agree with you...i was about to buy A36...and looking for last 3 weeks....i dont want to buy from noon or amazon.

Better to check with Samsung stores.
I don't think there should be issue with reputed retailers like Sharaf DG, Lulu also.
As long as you get TRA approved variant AND best deal.

Dear, the whole purpose of buying online will make no sense if we have to buy from offline stores.. main concern is, if other online websites ( noon , amazon) have availability, why samsung can't give that choice..? u r missing the point they are focusing only on flagship phones on their app / website.

I am just saying as long as it is TRA approved and lowest price I would buy it.

I completely understand that Samsung should ensure availability of their all models on their own online platform/app.
