What epic? look at the night shot on my S21 ultra after few updates, I've already reported this and still no proper response from samsung team. I'm very disappointed

Please bring your device to a Samsung Service Center to have it checked out by a technician.

I already went to your service center and a technician check my mobile, he just restored factory setying and told me it will be fine but as soon as i got home, took some photos and got the same result

Hi, I brought my device to samsung service center, the technician looked aty device, did a restore factory settings and that's it after that he told me that it'll be fine but nothing happens, still the result! what is this? Please advise if I can ask for a replacement because I think this is a hardware problem

Please try the following steps: 

Please follow the steps below:

1. Press the Power button and open the home screen.

2. Enter to the Camera app now.

3. Open the settings part by the gear icon.

4. Move down to the Reset settings function.

5. Tap on the Reset to confirm.

If the problem persists, please return to the Samsung Service Center to have it checked out by a technician.

Hi, did what you told me but it didn't work. I got the same result. Please check and picture taken on my Note 20 ultra is way way better than the S21 ultra that should be better as marketed by yours
