The touch of this mobile s21 ultra is not working. I have even factory resetted my phone , forced restart , opening us safe mode , battery optimization All . But nothing has worked. The touch works with Samsung S pen perfectly but not with hand. It starts working for some time after i factory reset or reset my settings but after a while the problems starts again. I thing its a technical fault in settings but i have tried all the options including factory reset. But astonishing thing is that why does it works perfectly with an s pen ???
Don't do anything. Just go to official customer service center. My Note 20 Ultra's screen went black and then the customer service center gave me new mobile. If its a technical fault then go to service center ASAP. They will repair it or if not possible then replace with new if the phone is in warranty. Samsung is reliable company in such cases comparing other mobile companies in Pakistan.
