System updates

Hi, I'm Leslie from Ghana, West Africa. I am using the galaxy s10 plus snapdragon 855 version. I am currently on Android 10 and one ui 2.1 versions.  I don't receive updates anymore, can anyone please help me out.

Although this is Asian forum, but you can try updating your phone with Smart Switch on PC or Laptop.

Visit nearby service center. Or use Odin method (this is a risky process and may Or may not brick the device too)

Don't know about African regions,but you can try via smart switch using pc or desktop computer.

Visit service center. Is your Google play system up to date?

Check this in your phone, settings >about phone>software information >scroll down. Please share that. Here all the codes are SEB,if yours all 4 codes aren't same, you'll probably never get an ota update
