After performing the software update in February I noticed that my option to slide the notification panel stopped working when I am inside an application, menu, or other. It seems that the upper part of the display no longer has an answer ... I already searched the internet, there are more people who reported this bug, but I didn't find any concrete answer on how to overcome it except to try the factory reset ... however , I have no guarantee that it will work ...
Can you help me solve this without having to delete everything I have on my phone?
