Yes there are times settings is changing and my google and samsung account is not responding on my password..and i saw the are file that with json and nomedia that could not be deleted...once i will delete it will just comeback...

For instance most messages and call are not going through me and and if i could receive a call there is static on the background. Then my accounts from samsung and google always send me email to secure my account once i will change password i could not sign in immediately.

Also i saw file that has scriptactions.json, nomedia on my file and many more

Check your device administrator and verify any unknwn material is accessing your system, if you are suspecting any hacks a hard reset is recommended
