Super fast charging not properly works

After one ui 3.1 charging time 20% to 90% 1hour 20 minutes take, before one ui 3.0 20% to 90% just 45 to 48 minutes, my charging method mobile go to flight mode, all background apps are clear, and go to device care battery optimized and go to memory clean now and charge
