How true is this?

yes brother . actually fast charging is not for long battery life but who cares. everyone in this fast world have no time and that's the reason for . we are in a middle age of technology where every tech giant wants for fast charging technology but noone cares and even thinking of without battery phone or an battery for long term use.

Anything above 30 watts is harmful. The optimal for today's battery standards is 30 watts.
