It has nothing to.do with uae version because Samsung has not officially released stable update for oneui 7 they just released beta update for some regions only for testing and beta software is not good for daily use because it has lot of issues so when Samsung will release stable update it will be available for all regions including uae so just wait until Samsung release s25 series phones with oneui 7 then they will release for other old models
